In this class, we will explore apps, software and devices that help promote and maintain exercise and diet, monitoring blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, medication reminders, using FitBits, Apple Watch, etc., and connecting with Bluetooth.
This class is for people who do not currently have a WordPress site but would like to learn how to use it. Participants will create a free WordPress website using a wordpress.com account with limited functionality to learn the basics of building a website in WordPress. Requirements: Completion of Understanding WordPress.
