Digital Navigators help people with initial intake into our many programs and classes, guide participants in selecting and registering for appropriate classes and/or requesting a Digital Skills Success Plan, and assist with issues around affordable internet access.

NDEC Digital Navigator Personal Data Privacy Statement
We place a high priority on the protection of your personally identifiable information. Participants in the Digital Navigator Program may be asked to provide contact information (such as name, phone number, and email address) as well as other personal information (such as age, race, and Tribal affiliation) during the course of their participation in the program. Your choice to share any information with the program is completely voluntary, and you may choose to opt out at any time, which will cease all communications from us.
Your individual information will be used to provide you with personalized services (such as to schedule appointments, share program information, and answer your requests). Your information may also be aggregated with other participant data (combined in ways that no individual participant can be identified) in order to improve the overall delivery of services, and to report on program outcomes. Your personal information will not be shared, sold, or traded with any other outside organization that is not directly involved in delivering Digital Navigator Program services.
